A Cross Between Menswear and Womenswear

I believe that women can wear menswear and still look fabulous. So, I decided to mix menswear with womenswear for these pictures. I found this oversized tartan print Dvmn Pigeon men’s shirt from Cititrends. It was on clearance for $5.00… I believe. I thought it was cute and that I could wear it as a dress.

Then, I decided to pair it with black knee-high high heel boots that I bought from the thrift store. You can never go wrong with thrift store pieces! I thought the perfect handbag to go with this outfit was my green Candy Bag satchel from Furla.

The jewelry is from my new business, Jeweltorious By L.A.C. I sell women’s and men’s jewelry for only $5.00 and all pieces are nickel and lead free. The men’s silver chain that I am wearing is Big Talker. I love how the chain has some weight to it. It is not too heavy and not too light. The men’s bracelet that I am wearing is called AWOL. It has a silver link chain with black cording. Men are starting to pair metal pieces with some type of cording. The women’s ring I am wearing is called The Seven-FIGURE Itch. Let me tell you, pictures do not do this ring justice. When you see it in person, it shines really bright! It is definitely a statement piece. The stud earrings are called Just In TIMELESS. I believe stud earrings are a staple item for everyone.

Ladies, don’t be afraid to mix your items with menswear. Go through your husband’s or boyfriend’s closet and put your own flair on his pieces. 😊
